My practice is for the outliers—the people who’ve always felt a little different. Many of my clients come to therapy carrying the impact of trauma, social anxiety, or the pressure of living in high-performance roles as athletes, artists, or other professionals. Others are part of the LGBTQ+ community or have simply never felt like they truly fit in.

I offer both individual and group therapy as spaces where you don’t have to pretend or hold it all together.

My approach blends depth, compassion, and practical tools to help you move from just surviving to living with more ease, confidence, and authenticity. Here, you can stop hiding, start healing, and discover that your difference is also your strength.

Hi, I’m Beth.

Therapy can seem intimidating, stuffy, formal. Therapists can come off as ‘know-it-alls’ and perfect.

I will be the first to let you know I am a human who makes mistakes. In sessions with me, we will laugh, cry and I will probably cuss a few times. We will both show up as our full selves.

My clients would also let you know that I am ‘ride or die,’ and that they feel ‘seen as my full self, not as a label,’ when we work together.

  • Yes! I take multiple insurance providers, as well as self-pay. Contact me to learn what providers I am currently accepting.

  • I am trained in a variety of evidence based practices, such as EMDR, Somatics, CBT and Mindfulness. The most important thing to me is that you receive treatment tailored to you.

  • I worked for over a decade in community mental health, then a few years in a Division I collegiate athletic department, before starting my own practice. These experiences taught me that YOU are the expert on you, that therapy can be powerfully healing no matter who you are and that, as humans, we are much more similar than we are different.
